Cersei Lannister, who saw her at the funeral of Lord Tywin, judged her vapid; her own goodmother Olenna, the Queen of Thorns, refused her even the name of daughter, snapping that if she had birthed her she would surely remember. After the funeral she quit the capital in Olenna's company with Ser Garlan, and so was gone from court when the Faith laid hands on Margaery.
