Brandon Stark

Fifth and youngest son of Cregan Stark by his third wife Lynara, and the last of the Old Man's sons to wear the lord's mantle of Winterfell. The seat came to him only after his brother Barthogan died childless in the Skagosi rebellion of King Daeron II's reign, and the convoluted disputes between Edric's children and Sansa's heirs had at last burned themselves out. He wed Lady Alys Karstark of Karhold and had of her three trueborn children — Rodwell, Beron, and Arsa — and got a bastard son, Lonnel Snow, upon Wylla Fenn of the Neck. Through Rodwell and (after his early death) Beron, every Stark of the modern line descends from Brandon and Alys.
