Titles
  • Lord of Storm's End
  • Lord Paramount of the Stormlands

Eldest son of Lord Orys Baratheon by Argella Durrandon, and the second Lord of Storm's End after his father. He rode at Lord Orys's side through the long campaign against the Vulture King and the Dornishmen in the marches in 37 AC, and was beside him at the killing field of Stonehelm where the storm host crushed the bulk of the rebel column. The campaign cost his father a sword arm and worse, and Lord Orys took a wound on the march home from which he never recovered; Davos was at his father's bedside when the old Hand died at Storm's End in 38 AC. Confirmed as the second Lord of Storm's End by King Aenys I, who heaped gifts of gold and honor upon the new lord in memory of the father, Davos held the storm coast through the troubled years that followed, and in time fathered Lord Rogar — the regent and Hand who would set young King Jaehaerys upon the Iron Throne in his own father's place.
