In his long age the War Across the Water with the Arryns of the Vale flared into its bitterest stretch, and the Wolf's Den at the mouth of the White Knife, already once torched by a Valeman raid, was taken by slavers out of the Stepstones. It would fall to his great-grandson Brandon Ice Eyes to take it back. His statue in the crypt of Winterfell is one of those seen by Theon Greyjoy among the lost kings.
