Jena Dondarrion

A daughter of House Dondarrion of the marches, wed to Prince Baelor Breakspear, eldest son of King Daeron II and heir to the Iron Throne. She gave the prince two sons, Valarr who was known as the Young Prince and Matarys his younger brother. The chroniclers say little of her after the births: it is known that she was widowed in 209 AC when her husband took a mortal head-wound from his own brother Prince Maekar's mace during the trial of seven at the tourney at Ashford, and that her sons followed their father into the grave within months when the Great Spring Sickness fell upon the city, the elder having held the title Prince of Dragonstone for not yet half a year. The histories do not mark the year of her own passing.
