Laenor Velaryon

Heir to Driftmark and rider of the silver-grey Seasmoke. His marriage to Princess Rhaenyra was a marriage of state (Laenor's heart belonged to his squires and his men-at-arms), and the three sons born of it were openly whispered to be the get of Ser Harwin Strong. He was struck down at Spicetown by his own captain of guards, Ser Qarl Correy, in a quarrel said to be over a lover but darkly believed to have been arranged by Prince Daemon.
