Quentyn Martell (Frog)

Middle child of Prince Doran, fostered at Yronwood at seven and knighted there, plain of face and quiet of manner where his sister is loud and his uncle was wild. His father sent him east in A Dance with Dragons under the cover-name Frog, with a forged pact and an old promise of marriage to the dragon queen Daenerys Targaryen. He found her in Meereen and she would not have him. He stayed anyway, and when at the last she flew off on Drogon, he convinced himself a true Martell could ride a dragon as well, and went into the great pyramid where Viserion and Rhaegal were chained. The fire took him whole. He lingered three days under the maesters' poppy before he died of his burns.
