Togarion Bar Emmon

Andal warlord who landed on the cape north of the Blackwater Rush during the long migration and there carved a small kingdom out of the windswept downs, calling himself King of Sharp Point. The blue swordfish was his banner; the Darklyn kings of nearby Duskendale his lifelong enemies. He warred against them most of his days for the rich harbour they held and the trade he could never break, and though his line was confirmed in its keep the borders of the Bar Emmon kingdom never grew much past the spit of land its founder first walked.
